In this service, the sender registers the order through the system of courier. At the request of the recipient, the sender selects Jaabaar service as the second destination and by entering the information of the dimensions of the parcel and the destination address, views the free lockers in proportion to the dimensions of the parcel in the selected geographical area and selects the desired locker for reservation.

If you choose to pay in advance, the payment process will be done by the sender and at the end, the locker reservation will be successful. Couriers, after collecting the shipment from the sender’s location, refer to the destination address. If the recipient is not present at the destination, couriers must load the parcel in the booked locker as a second destination.

After receiving the locker access code, the couriers will upload the parcels in the booked locker as a second destination. After loading, the locker address, reservation expiration date and locker access code will be sent to the recipient via SMS.

The recipient enters the locker access code after referring to the locker at the time of booking. If you need to pay post-paid or COD, go to the payment link and after the payment process, the locker door reserved for the recipient will be open. The recipient closes the locker door while removing the parcel.
