How it works

In this service, the customer aiming at the return of goods, through the seller / e-commerce system, registers the return request. By selecting the desired geographical area, the applicant observes the free lockers appropriate to the parcel and makes a reservation. At the end of the booking process, an access code will be sent to the locker applicant to load the parcel.

The customer returns the goods by referring to the booked locker, entering the received code and loading the parcel in the booked locker. Having informed of loading of the parcels, the couriers refer to the locker and enter the access code, pick the parcels up and deliver them to the destined seller / e-commerce.
